Your Unconscious Guilt

The guilt in your unconscious is more terrible and even more acute than what you see or feel on the surface because of you're proximity to it - it's in your unconscious. That was the reason for the whole mis-creation of the universe in the first place. The need to escape your guilt and your terrible, misguided fear of God. Now you have a world of bodies where the contents of your mind, are seen symbolically as being outside of you, in the world and in other people. You get to be the innocent victim of the world rather than the maker of it.

Nothing Spiritual About the Universe

It will take time for the principles of A Course in Miracles to be understood by society, and the overwhelming majority of people will continue to believe as they always have. They'll continue to live in denial. They will try to bring God into the world and spiritualize the universe, thinking there is some kind of compassionate intelligence behind what is really a murderous thought. It's All About Application

At some point, the serious spiritual student and teacher will have to take everything he or she has learned and actually apply it to every person, situation, or event that comes up in front of their face on any given day. What is True Forgiveness?

A Course in Miracles tells you to forgive your brother for what he hasn't done. That would be true forgiveness because, as the Course also says you're not making the error real. You're not giving truth to your illusions; you're bringing your illusions to the truth. The Deep, Vicious Crap

The conscious projection you see all around you is an entire level removed from the unconscious mind. So while at times the universe you see can be horrible and frightening, it's nothing compared to the awful thought system it springs from. In fact, because the projection you see is a defense, you could say that the universe exists because it is tolerable to you compared to what's in your unconscious mind. Their Use Will Give Them Meaning

Pursah: We always talk to you about the things you're interested in, Gary. That's one of the ways we make forgiveness relevant to your life. These aren't theories. They're supposed to be applied to whatever you're interested in and whatever's happening in your dream. That's how true forgiveness works.
