Consciousness Disappears when Enlightenment Comes

Consciousness, even though it's an unreal sate, does continue after the seeming death of the body. When you completely awaken from the dream, consciousness disappears and you experience your oneness with God and All Creation. ~ The Disappearance of the Universe

This Isn't God's World

This world isn't God's world, and no one in their right mind would come here, except to teach others how to leave. But you can have a happy dream of forgiveness here; the dream that leads to the real world.  ~ The Disappearance of the Universe Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo

No Compromise

No compromise in this is possible. There is either a god of fear or One of Love. The world attempts a thousand compromises, and will attempt a thousand more. Not one can be acceptable to God's teachers, because not one could be acceptable to God. He did not make death because He did not make fear. Both are equally meaningless to Him.  ~ J-Dog, The Voice of A Course in Miracles

Can You Be Lost When You're Found?

Without the fear of God, what could induce you to abandon Him? What toys or trinkets in the gap could serve to hold you back an instant form His Love? Would you allow the body to say ”no” to Heaven’s calling, were you not afraid to find a loss of self in finding God? Yet can your self be lost by being found?

You Give Up Nothing

Until you realize you give up nothing, until you understand there is no loss, you will have some regrets about the way that you have chosen. And you will not see the many gains your choice has offered you. Their cause has been effected, and they must be present where their cause has entered in.

No One Special in Reality

Everything in your universe is set up to convince you of the uniqueness and reality of your body, and thus the validity of the ego's entire system. That's why the ego is always trying to make it look like God made the world, and have you continue to fear Him while also having Him be the alleged cause of your life.

Related to the fact that the ego wanted to take over God's job anyway, it WANTS you to spiritualize bodies, like J's even though it was meaningless to J, and it craves for you to spiritualize different places and objects. This makes some of them more special than others and thus ALL of them real.

If God made the world and its bodies then YOU must be real. This legitimizes your alleged individual existence, and it also keeps you running away from your one real problem. Most important it also keeps your attention away from the one real ANSWER to your problem - the Holy Spirit, who is NOT in the world but in your mind.  ~The Disappearance of the Universe

Comprising the Course

Let others compromise the Course. It's not your job to stop them, only to forgive them. You have no need for compromise - and there isn't really anyone else out there.  ~ The Disappearance of the Universe

Who Has Need for Sin?

Who has need for sin? Only the lonely and alone, who see their brothers different from themselves. It is this difference, seen but not real, that makes the need for sin, not real but seen, seem justified. And all this would be real if sin were so. ~ J-Dog, The Voice of A Course in Miracles   Facebook.com/JDogACIM

You Can Still Live Your Life

You can still live your life, pursue your goals and forgive at the same time. It's all about giving up psychological attachment.  ~ The Disappearance of the Universe

The Churches Hate Mystics

A great spiritual master like Buddha or Jesus was about pointing people in the right direction and empowering them as to how to return to their source, return to God. They were about empowering the individual to do that for themselves. Churches and religious institutions hate mystics. The reason they hate mystics is because if you can go to God on your own, then what do you need them for?
