The problem is that the ego likes pain because pain is one way the ego proves that it exists apart from God. If pain is present, God is non-existent. ~ Cindy Lora-Reanrd, A Course in Health and Well-Being

What You Really Are
The magnitude of what we really are is beyond comprehension. As we continue undoing layers of guilt, the light becomes more dominant and we are becoming more of what we really are in Truth. The Light is always there, but it gets blocked by the dark clouds of guilt. This is why the Course emphasized forgiveness. It is true forgiveness that undoes the guilt. ~ Cindy Lora-Renard, A Course in Health and Well-Being Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo

To Make Guilty is to Make the World Real
True forgiveness undoes the error we see in
others and the world by letting go of our illusory interpretations and belief
in separation. With true forgiveness, we
are forgiving people not for what they’ve really done, but what they have not really done. The reason they have not done anything is
because separation is an illusion, and we are still at home in God. Nothing happened, and our experience here in
the world is only a dream. Events in a
dream are not true, they are made up. To make someone guilty then is making the
dream real and reinforcing the guilt in the mind that believes in
separation. ~ Cindy Lora-Renard, A Course in Health and Well-Being Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo

Your'e Not A Victim
If it were true that something outside of you could cause you to suffer, you would certainly be a victim of the world. There is no power in that. The Course says, “I am not the victim of the world I see.” This is because the world is just a projection coming from your mind. There is no world outside of you. You see what you want to see, and that is all. With practice and willingness, you can learn to see right-mindedly, with Truth as your goal, and with Christ Vision, which is true vision, true perception, and innocence. ~ Cindy Lora-Renard, A Course in Health and Well-Being Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo

You're in Charge of Your Mind
I’ve
noticed in my own life how much smoother things go when I choose to let go of
my own judgment on things, and let the Holy Spirit take over. The events might not appear to change, but my
experience of the event changes, and it is more peaceful. That is worth everything. The
Course says if you don’t like how you feel, you have the power to
choose. You are in charge of your mind! ~ A Course in Health and Well-Being Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo

The Paradox of Time
Time is holographic, yet the choices you make here appear to be linear. That's the paradox of time. In terms of the hologram, it has already happened, but in your linear experience, you've still got to do it. What you want to do is refuse to take the linear nature of time seriously and make the only real choice you can make, which is simple. That choice overlooks the mad illusion of time. ~ Love Has Forgotten No One Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo Facebook.com/photo

Forgiveness is the End of Specialness
To follow the Holy Spirit's guidance is to let yourself be absolved of guilt. It is the essence of the Atonement. It is the core of the curriculum.
The means of the Atonement is forgiveness.
Forgiveness is the end of specialness.

The World is a Projection
A Course in Miracles teaches that the world is a projection that is coming from our own collective unconscious mind. What was in our mind on a massive metaphysical level - namely the terrible unconscious guilt we felt over the initial separation from our Source - was denied and projected outward. ~ Love Has Forgotten No One Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo

Not About Balance
Most spiritual systems try to balance body, mind, and spirit. They're all equally important, but that's not the approach of A Course in Miracles. With the Course, you learn how to use the mind to choose between the body, which is the great separation symbol of the ego and spirit, which in the Course is perfect oneness, not to be confused with the idea of an individual soul, which is still a separation idea. ~ Love Has Forgotten No One Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo Facebook.com/DWMJF/photo Facebook.com/photo

No Namaste for You
There are many in India who practice an idea that we (Americans) have borrowed from them. You see and hear it at a lot of Unity churches in this country. It’s the idea of Namaste, which means, “The divinity in me bows down to the divinity in you.” That’s certainly a step in the right direction, but, it doesn’t go far enough.
When you say, “The divinity in me bows down to the divinity in you,” you’re limiting that person to a tiny speck of time and space. You’re making individuality real. You’re also making the two of you separate, like a subject and an object. What J did was overlook the body. It’s not that his body’s eyes didn’t appear to see other bodies. But he understood that he wasn’t seeing with the body’s eyes and that he wasn’t actually in a body. He knew what he was seeing with was his mind. ~ Love Has Forgotten No One
