Behold the Great Projection!

The Secret of Salvation is But This

The Course says that miracles are habits. You will experience more and more that the Course is right when it says, 'Anger is never justified. Attack has no foundation. It is here escape from fear begins, and will be made complete.' 

Why are these things important? Because, as the Course also teaches, whether you are attacking others with your own thoughts, or somebody else appears to be attacking you, verbally or physically, 'The secret of salvation is but this: That you are doing this unto yourself. No matter what the form of the attack, this still is true. Whoever takes the role of enemy and of attacker, still is this the truth. Whatever seems to be the cause of any pain and suffering you feel, this is still true. For you would not react at all to figures in a dream you knew that you were dreaming. There is No World! Part 2

If there is no world, then there's nothing to forgive, and recognizing that fact in the events, situations, and people you see is advanced forgiveness, because now you're not forgiving other people for something they've really done, you're recognizing that they haven't really done anything. There Is No World!

From Caterpillar to Butterfly

The truth is not in the dream, but it can be heard in the dream. And when you start to know the truth, which will be communicated to you by the Holy Spirit in many different ways, you start to relax. You awaken slowly and gently through a cocoon process called forgiveness.

Just as a caterpillar goes through a cocoon process to be prepared for a higher and less restricted form of life, you become prepared for a higher form of life by changing your perception of the world. As a result of this, your dream becomes happier. But that happiness is not dependent on what appears to happen in the dream. It's an inner peace that can be there for you REGARDLESS of what appears to be happening in the dream. And then, when you finally wake up, you see that you never really left home, which is your perfect oneness with God. What Death is Like

When the body is finished functioning, your consciousness continues. That's another reason why you shouldn't fear death. People either hear or find out for themselves how beautiful the near-death experience can be, but they don't understand that it's temporarily beautiful only in comparison to life in the body. When you are free of all the body's pain and restrictions and become temporarily aware of the larger split mind, it can be awe-inspiring. But people can't tell you the whole experience, because if they could then they would have had the whole experience, and they'd be dead! Of course it's their body that would appear to be dead, and they'd be moving on to the next illusory lifetime.

What happens is that the awe eventually wears off because the unconscious guilt that is still within the mind starts to catch up with you. This causes you to reincarnate as way of escaping your guilt and your fear of God. What Do You Value?

If you allow yourself to become preoccupied with the temporal, you are living in time. As always, your choice is determined by what you value. Time and eternity cannot both be real, because they contradict each other. If you will accept only what is timeless as real, you will begin to understand eternity and make it yours.

No Learning is Ever Wasted

No learning is ever wasted. Anything that you learn stays in your mind forever. You can't lose it; even if you're not conscious of it, it's still there. That's why you shouldn't be overly concerned if you think you might not make it to Heaven in this particular lifetime. Learning is not linear. Not only does everything stay in the mind, but you can rest assured that any seemingly linear decision about reincarnation is not made by the human body or brain. Forgiveness Removes Conflict

Through true forgiveness - forgiving 'both' of us for what we haven't actually done - my mind starts to know it's really innocent. The conflict diminishes as I keep doing it. It doesn't even matter if I appear to be forgiving the same images over and over, because they may look the same, but it's really just more guilt that's being forgiven and released. ~ The Disappearance of the Universe

Non-Dualsim

Non-dualism is like the old teaching that you live as if you are in this world, but your attitude is that of the two seeming worlds, the world of truth and the world of illusion, only the truth is true and nothing else is true. Even then, people make the mistake of thinking the illusion was made by truth. So they still make the error of attempting to bring legitimacy to the illusion rather than giving it up. You cannot hope to break the cycle of birth and death as long as you maintain this confusion. Be Mindful of Your Goal

Be mindful of your goal. Heaven is permanent, and nothing you seem to do outside of Heaven is permanent. How can it be important? You want to keep things in perspective. Yet nothing he can do can compare even in the slightest with the glorious surprise of remembering What he is."

Admiting to Your Ego Thought System

Not only do you have tremendous resistance to facing what you think is your awful guilt underneath the surface, but simultaneously, your ego is terrified that to do so successfully, and change your mind about it, would result in losing its identity as a separate individual. It’s going to take some will power on your part to admit to this thought system within yourself as you observe it in action, and then allow the Holy Spirit to undo it as you forgive the symbolic images of it that you see outside of you.

Marianne Williamson

Marianne is certainly entitled to teach feminism, if that's what she wants. There' s nothing wrong with it, but it shouldn't be confused with the Course. The Course doesn't need women teachers to teach other women how to be better women. There are thousands of teachers doing that, and they're welcome to. What the Course needs is women teachers who are willing to teach other women that they are NOT women - because they are not bodies. Not a Perfect World

The earth is not a place of perfection. Indeed, it is designed to be a place where true perfection is impossible. You think the universe is evolving into perfection. That idea is false. The universe is set up to look like it's doing that, but it's really just spinning its wheels - repeating the same patterns over and over in different forms. It's a trick you'll catch on to. (if you haven't already)

Vital Features of A Course in Miracles

It’s all right to agree to disagree with other teachers. There are vital features of A Course in Miracles that make it original and represent a quantum leap forward in spiritual thought. Some of those features are virtually ignored by the overwhelming majority of Course students, teachers, and interpreters. As with J’s teachings of 2,000 years ago, the world is attempting to do its usual job of obliterating the truth by incorporating parts of it into its illusions and covering over the real message of the Holy Spirit. We won’t leave out the ideas you don’t like. A Course in Miracles

The Course is spreading at a much faster pace than Christianity did. A hundred years from now, a significant percentage of the world’s population will accept that the Course is really J speaking the Word of God. What good will that do if people don’t apply it? That’s why we want you to be clear about what the Course is saying. That’s not as easy as you might think.

Since the Course became available to people in 1975, there has been an explosion of channeled writings, techniques from Course imitators, and various teachings, many of whose followers say are the same as or just like the Course. But to the well-trained eye, these other teachings are missing the most important parts of the Course – the parts that make it what it is. No Obstacles in Heaven

In Heaven there are no obstacles and it's joyous; where on earth, what is referred to as life is little more than a constant obstacle course. Consider these ideas from the section in the Course called "The Gifts of Fatherhood."
