Don't Get Stuck Analyzing the Problem

Just as you have two interpretations of other people – the ego’s interpretation and the Holy Spirit’s interpretation – there are also two interpretations of you. Most people choose the ego’s version because they don’t know there’s a better way. But once you know there’s a better way, you’ve got to go all the way.

J didn’t stop with exposing the ego or describing the problem. Anyone can describe the problem, but they don’t give you a way out. They don’t give you any resolution. They don’t show you the way home. So then they’re stuck with analyzing the problem, and when they do that, they make it real.

The False Experience of Time

We experience time as linear and that we’re making all of this up as we go along. That’s a false experience. The truth is holographic. It all already happened. And if it all already happened, then you can’t be making it up as you go along. You don’t get to create the way that it is. You already did that at the beginning of time. Everything that appeared to happen after that was already a done deal. Most people don’t like that idea, yet that idea is part of a thought system that, if they were to understand and apply it, could save them an incredible amount of time within their illusory experience.

The Course is not a Movement

The Course is not a movement; there are more than enough of those. You don't have to take over the world. It doesn't matter whether the Course is popular or not. J knows what he's doing. It gives you the opportunity to commune with the Holy Spirit and ultimately, God. Beware of Ego

The ego, the part of your mind that wants to be special and have an individual identity, wants you to see others as separate bodies in order to perpetuate itself. There is No Death

The ego makes bodies, which was really done all at once, but in time they appear to be separate. Bodily images are projections; guilt and fear make them seem solid, then the script is set up to make it look like bodies are the function of a natural process. Dissolving Time and Returning to God

A Course in Miracles is saying that all of time was actually contained within one instant. The vast illusion happened all at once, although it didn't REALLY happen, and it's actually over. God and the Universe are Mutually Exclusive

When we talk about reality and God, we’re not just blowing hypothetical smoke. You can’t have both you AND God. It’s not possible. You can’t have both your universe and God. The two are mutually exclusive. You’ll have to choose. There’s no hurry, for time is hypothetical smoke. Jesus’ teachings (from A Course in Miracles) will show you how to escape it. It’s not easy but doable. The Holy Spirit wouldn’t give you a way out that wasn’t workable. Body, Mind, and Spirit Philosophy

Today, many believe in the existence of a trilogy – body, mind, and spirit. The 'balance' of all three is important in their philosophy. But the seemingly separated mind which makes and uses bodies, must choose between the changeless and eternal reality of spirit – which is God and His Kingdom – or the unreal and ever-changing universe of bodies – which includes anything that can be perceived, whether you appear to be in a body or not.

Giving equal value to body, mind, and spirit actually contributes to you coming back here over and over again as a body, rather than being free. But this doesn't mean that you should neglect your body. We're speaking of another way of looking at it.
