A definitive statement in the Course would be
the idea that anger is never justified. If you made the whole thing up,
(which you did, albeit not on this level) then who is there to be angry
at? And a related definitive idea would be, 'The secret of salvation is
but this: That you are doing this unto yourself.' The two ideas fit
together like a hand in a glove, and once you really get them then
