God did not send the Holy Spirit to rescue
you. The Holy Spirit could be said to be your memory of your true home
with God, which is the right part of your mind. The ego is the wrong
part of your mind. At first people think that the Course is
talking to them as a person, because that's what they think they are.
But the "you" that the Course is addressing is actually your seemingly
separated mind that needs to choose to listen to the right teacher
instead of the wrong one. ~ Your Immortal Reality
