Nobody is asking you to give up a lot in
exchange for nothing. It's really the opposite. You will eventually come
to realize that you are giving up nothing in exchange for everything - a
state so awesome and joyous that to describe it in words is impossible.
To attain this state of Being, however, you must be willing to undergo a
