It doesn't matter if you're accurate about the
details of your grievances on the level of form. What you're seeing
isn't really there. You made it up. That means you have a perfect
opportunity to forgive yourself by forgiving the other. The truth is all
these things are forgiveness lessons and all forgiveness lessons are
