The more you do your forgiveness homework, the
more free your mind will become from the blocks to hearing spirit. And
the more you practice joining with God in the silent form of true
prayer, the more clear you'll be able to listen to spirit.
Then there's the third way to be inspired, which is the conscious act
of joining with spirit whenever it's appropriate in order to help
