A
great spiritual master like Buddha or Jesus was about pointing people
in the right direction and empowering them as to how to return to their
source, return to God. They were about empowering the individual to do
that for themselves. Churches and religious institutions hate mystics.
The reason they hate mystics is because if you can go to God on your
own, then what do you need them for?
