Breathing is a Belief

The belief that you have to breathe when you're in a human body is just that: a belief. That's also true with death itself - it's just a belief. Everything is in the mind. In fact, you will experience, even after you appear to leave your physical body, that you're seeing what you're seeing with your eyes. But you're not. You're "seeing" with the mind. The body, whether it be human, astral, or otherwise, isn't really there because it's just as much a part of the projection as the rest of the projection.
