Pursah: At one point J (Jesus) and Mary (Mag'dalene) walked on water together.
Gary: Together!
Pursah: Yes, it really shocked the people who saw it, including
Thaddaeus and me. It was very unexpected, to say the least. It happened
just a couple of days before they were married. J was 27, and Mary was
22. That was actually rather old for people to get married at the time,
but it was meant to be.
Gary: The script is written.
Pursah: Yes. They didn’t do that to induce belief. They did it to
demonstrate that the laws of this world do not apply when you know how
to use the power of the mind with the Holy Spirit’s guidance. As J would
put it later in his Course, “Through your holiness the power of God is
made manifest. Through your holiness the power of God is made available.
And there is nothing the power of God cannot do.”
