There are many different kinds of mind travel. The humans of Earth believe in a rudimentary form of travel at the level of the physical that's powered by forms of matter. They never stop to think how primitive it is.
At times we've given you examples of a much more advanced form of travel, which we call mind transport. This is NOT the same as remote viewing, where you seem to stay in one place physically but view things at distances, sometimes great distances. Obviously, it's also NOT astral travel, where a lighter, energy-based body appears to go with you. With mind transport you seem to take your physical body with you and experience everything the senses have to offer. It seems as completely real as anything you experience when you appear to be in a physical body.
I wanted to explain that because it's not just a form of traveling you can do here; it's also the form of travel that most aliens use to visit Earth. If you wanted to visit a place that was 50 billion light-years away, then even if you traveled at the speed of light it would take you 50 billion years to get there. Hardly practical. However, once you master the art of mind transport, it takes you NO time to travel those 50 billion light-years.
