Fear of Losing Your Individual Identity

Never forget that your fear of losing your individual identity will cause resistance, sometimes serious resistance, to the practice of forgiveness. Sometimes it will prevent you from even wanting to look at the ego, either in the world or in yourself. You're secretly afraid of what's in your unconscious. That's why you have to be vigilant.
