Nobody Out There to Judge You

All you have to do is remember there's not anybody out there to judge you, and what you really are can't be affected by what the world thinks. As the Course tells you, "You cannot be hurt, and do not want to show your brother anything except your wholeness. Show him that he cannot hurt you and hold nothing against him, or you hold it against yourself."
