Home is where the heart is. If your heart is with God, then you're already home. Renounce the world, not physically but mentally. As Jesus says in the Course, "This world you seem to live in is not home to you. And somewhere in your mind you know that this is true." That attitude will make it ten times easier for you to forgive.
