Vicarious salvation that is magically brought to you by an outside force or figure cannot work. Nobody else can wake up form the dream for you. Indeed, there is no else to wake up from the dream. That's why the Course says, "My salvation comes from me." It is up to you to change your mind about the world and chose the miracle. ~ The Disappearance of the Universe
